UAAP 2011 Preseason Jerseyvaluation: UST Growling Tigers

Since 2006 the University of Santo Tomas Growling Tigers have played in some of the tackiest basketball jerseys in recent UAAP history—season after season after season after season their uniforms featured a variety of tiger prints and heads. But they seem to have finally come around.

Last year UST and Accel did away with the tiger print trim. This season, judging from the Growling Tigers' uniforms in the ongoing FilOil Flying V Hanes Pre-season Premier Cup it looks like the tiger head is also now a thing of the ugly past.

We'll see once Season 74 opens in July whether the changes are for keeps.
