UAAP: La Salle beats Ateneo; NU upsets UEThis is all my fault, ha ha! The Blue Eagles were ahead when I quit watching at halftime, but I wasn't there when they needed my good vibes the most.

MANILA, Philippines – (UPDATE 2) De La Salle University overcame a nine-point deficit in the payoff period to beat archrival and defending champion Ateneo de Manila University, 66-63, Saturday in the 73rd UAAP men's basketball tournament at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
Joseph Marata hit back-to-back triples in the last two minutes to regain the lead for the Green Archers for good, 65-63, after trailing by nine with 3:55.
Justin Chua continued his strong play with 16 points and 8 boards. Too bad he was the one who had to take (and miss) those two potentially game-tying three-pointers at the end.
The Lady Eagles had better luck, beating the NU Lady Bulldogs, 61-58, to up their record to 2-1.
