Random Find From The SC Website

Does the name Danilo de Guzman ring a bell?

It does, at least in local legal circles. De Guzman was the lawyer the Supreme Court disbarred for leaking questions in Mercantile Law during the 2003 Bar Examinations.

Last year De Guzman petitioned the Court to be reinstated as a member of the Philippine Bar. The Court granted the petition in April, and commuted De Guzman's disbarment to seven years' suspension. He can again practice law in 2011.
